Hey girl! You either have to resize the picture before you put it into picasso (or whatever you use to post) or you can just add the pictures with blogger. When you're making a post, you push the picture icon and choose Medium size and whether you want it in the middle to the left or to the right. That way it won't crowd out your side bar. :)
Everything I do on my site is through trial and error! :)
I think your sights great! You get traffic by visiting a LOT of peoples sites.

Hey it was cool to get up on your blog and your life. I totally forgot you have this thing. I'm going to bookmark it to check it more often. Its awesome to see the photos. Bowen is getting so big! He's such a cutie! Congrats on your engagement. When are you getting married? We are going to get married Apr 29th.
