Good News, or so they tell me, time and time again!

Looks like we're going to be closing on the loan for out house sometime on the week of the 17th. Oh course they have been telling us this since like September of last year. I think were getting close because they have a Home Buyers class set up for the 22nd. First class of many we will be going to. So start the chaos.


Few days ago I doggy sat this little guy. Meet Marley. As in Bob Marley. We rather enjoy watching him. Junior doesn't really care for him. I am sure that he is thinking that he got rid of all these damn dogs. He's pretty easy to watch. But I tell you, I forgot how draining it can be watching a puppy. I was constantly worried he was going to piss on the carpet. He never did. As anal as I am about the house, I just decided to make him go outside every 30min. LOL. Also while he was over we had to figure out how to elt him in to go eat with out letting Bowen into the kitchen. Bowen is obviousily smarter then we are!


Tonight was my turn to do Bowens bath. Frank and I alternate. Even though he is the one that gets Bowen ready for bed every night because I get him ready every morning (their little time together) we still like to switch who does his baths.

Afterwards I decided to get a few pictures of Bowen and daddy reading. Needless to say I might start peeking in on them more often. I think daddy might be teaching him stuff he shouldn't be!




















Also, this is the 100th post! Yeah for me. So in honor of that, I will be working on a list of 100 random things about myself that maybe you don't know. But it might take me a while. LOL

Crap

Well, I had a WHOLE post typed out when I lost my internet connection and lost all the shit I typed out.

So your getting the really short version.

Yes I know that there isn;t any pictures of Frank and I, or Bowen and I, or Frank Bowen and I. Thats because no one ever takes any! I am always stuck behind the camera. Oh well, maybe next time.

One Year ago

I decided to post some pictures of Bowen sitting on the potty for the first time!!! WOW, I can't believe he is already at this point. He seems to really like it. He wasn't scared. Not like when I tried a month ago.

I am going to first post some pictures of Bowen that were taken one year ago. Then pictures of him now. Such a big boy already.

For those of you who have potty trained, any help would be greatly appreciated. Kind of lost on how to get started. He seems really interested. Thanks!

For Bobby

I had a really nice time with my Father yesterday. He called and asked either Frank or me to meet him at the old house because the mover for the shed was coming and he needed to get all the stuff out of it.

I jumped at the opportunity to go spend some time with him. All was going great until they started moving the shed. About 4-5 months ago his cat Bobby had gone missing. We thought she just ran off because her sister Birdie was also gone. Well, when they moved the shed they found her under it. Looks like maybe she had gotten stuck when she went under there to get warm. He feels really guilty and he should. But watching him cry where we buried her was hard. Then I cried cause I realized that this would be the last time I stood in the house I grew up in. Wow, that is a hard concept for me. I am very attached to that house and I am some what pissed at his G.F. for making him sell the house. I mean honestly, is she that insecure about herself?

On another note my Dad gave me all of our home movies. I am very happy to have them. Going to see if I can somehow get them on my computer and then make a DVD to give my other sisters. I think some of them are missing or maybe he just kept them. I thought we had more then my dad gave me.


Also, since the cat is out of the bag I wanted to post that my sister Athena is finally pregnant again!!! WOOHOO. Congratulations. We love you.! You will look like this around November! (this is really a picture of her and Bowen when he was first born. She's a natural)

Poor Bobby. We loved you very much and you sure were one cool cat.

Moab and Back

We had such a good time in Moab, UT. It was really nice to have some time with Frank and I. I know some of you may have read the post I did before this one and I just wanted to update that everything is going great. I am constantly working on myself on a day to day bases to make myself a better person and a better wife.

Witht hat said, we got some WONDERFUL pictures when we were down there. I know some of you have never been and the only thing I can say is Shame On You! There is this serenity type feeling that comes over you when your there. To see Mother nature at her best making this beautiful land which we all take for granted. What's funny is how close I live and yet it had been 4 years since I had gone down there. Well, I have some beautiful pictures for you all to see. I am going to be putting them on small as there are quite a few. If you want to see the full sized one you will need to click on the picture. Love you guys.



This is the Petrified Sand Dunes.







This is Balancing Rock. It sure looks nice out but it was really only 50 degrees out. With the wind chill it was maybe 35.

This is Delicate Arch. Now, this picture looks pretty far away, and indeed it is. The reason for this is that the hike to it is over 3 miles long and if we had done it there wouldn't have been time to get all the other pictures I am going to show you. Also, this Arch is the Unofficial State Liscence Plate. Just incase you were wondering where you had seen it before. Also, I look pretty happy, vbut I am infact tired cause the hike up to where we are was pretty hard for me. After this I was pretty warmed up and did great the rest of the trip.




Again here is the arch in the back ground but were on the lower view.






Here Frank is in front of the Firey Furnace. He looks all innocent but he's up to something if you ask me.







These next few are just Frank and I climbing of stuff. We were like little kids. it was great.
















Now this is the last one of random crap Frank and I decided to climb. I could go on and on cause I have tons of pictures. But really, who cares. The next few are going to be of some Arches. Some I don't remember the names so I am sorry.

These last three pictures are of 2 more arches. The first picture is of Tunnel Arch. The second is Pine Tree Arch. The third pictures is of me striking a pose under Pine Tree Arch (althought I don't think I was supposed to walk on it).



Thanks everyone for sharing in our experiance. This was a first time for Frank and we really enjoyed our time. None of this would have been possible if it wasn't for my wonderful and beautiful sister Athena. We are truely lucky to have you in our life and we want to say thank you for everything. We sure love you a WHOLE lot.

Swimming, Hiking, and some much need R&R

Well were off to Moab, Utah for some nuch needed R&R. This will be only the second time frank and I go out of town with Bowen. If it wasn't for my sister Athena, we would never get any time to ourselves. So, thanks Athena! We love you very very much.
